We’re a fast-growing marketing agency helping gyms and fitness studios worldwide generate leads through Facebook and Instagram ads.

We’re looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for clients.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage campaigns, analyse performance data, spot problems, and make informed optimisation decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Optimise campaigns based on performance data
• Review ad creatives and copy with strong attention to detail
• Test new ideas, angles, and strategies
• Support the team with campaign improvements

You Must Have

• 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Experience managing ads for clients
• Experience with lead generation campaigns
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
• A structured and analytical approach to campaign performance

Experience with gyms, fitness studios, or local businesses is a plus.
