Webflow Developer – Website Design Implementation & Ongoing Updates

About Us

Bend Law Group is a San Francisco-based law firm that works with entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses. We have an established website built in Webflow and are looking for an experienced Webflow developer to help us implement new designs and make ongoing improvements to the site.

We already have the website, brand direction, and wireframes. We are not looking for someone to redesign our website from scratch.

Instead, we are looking for someone who is excellent at taking an approved design or wireframe and turning it into a polished, responsive Webflow page.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary responsibility will be implementing website design changes in Webflow.

Projects will include:

• Implementing approved wireframes and designs in Webflow
• Building and modifying Webflow pages and reusable components
• Matching designs accurately, including typography, spacing, images, buttons, and other visual details
• Ensuring pages look great on desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Making improvements to existing pages
• Updating attorney bios, practice-area pages, landing pages, and other website content
• Maintaining consistent styling throughout the website
• Troubleshooting layout and responsiveness issues
• Performing quality assurance before changes are published
• Helping improve page speed and basic technical SEO when appropriate

We want someone who can receive a clear assignment, understand what needs to be done, and execute it without requiring extensive supervision.

What We're Looking For

Webflow experience is required.

The ideal candidate has:

• Strong hands-on experience building and modifying websites in Webflow
• Experience with Webflow CMS, components, responsive layouts, and interactions
• An excellent eye for design and attention to detail
• The ability to accurately implement designs from wireframes, Figma, screenshots, or other visual references
• Strong understanding of responsive web design
• Good judgment regarding typography, spacing, alignment, and visual consistency
• Ability to troubleshoot Webflow issues independently
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to meet agreed-upon deadlines
• A reliable internet connection

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, and website performance optimization is a plus.

Hours

We anticipate approximately five to 10 hours per week initially, although this may vary depending on our current website projects.

We are looking for a long-term relationship rather than someone who is only interested in completing one project.

Compensation

Compensation will depend on experience and demonstrated Webflow ability.

We are willing to pay more for someone who is highly skilled, reliable, efficient, and capable of working independently.

Finalists may be asked to complete a small paid Webflow test project before we make our selection.
