e-commerce assistant

We're looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support our marketplace operations across Amazon and Walmart. This is a part-time position ideal for someone with hands-on experience in bulk catalog management who's comfortable working independently with flat-file templates and marketplace back-ends.

Main Responsibilities

Complete and submit Amazon flat-file uploads (new listings, partial updates, variation/parent-child setups) across multiple marketplaces
Complete and submit Walmart Seller Center bulk file uploads and catalog updates
Monitor Walmart and Shopify storefronts daily — track listing status, pricing, inventory levels, and flag any discrepancies or errors
Troubleshoot and resolve file upload errors (rejected attributes, formatting issues, compliance flags)
Maintain accurate, up-to-date product data across all monitored channels
Communicate clearly with the team on upload status, blockers, and error resolution

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience with bulk file uploading on both Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center (required — please be specific about this experience when applying)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail, especially with structured data (spreadsheets, flat files, attribute-level formatting)
Comfortable working independently and managing recurring, deadline-sensitive tasks
Familiarity with Shopify back-end is a plus

Nice to Have

Experience with multilingual listing content or multi-marketplace catalog management
Basic understanding of GTIN/UPC/EAN product identifiers and marketplace compliance requirements (e.g., GPSR)
