Facebook Ads VA for Growing US E-Commerce Clothing Brand

Are you an organized, detail-oriented Facebook Ads specialist looking for a stable, long-term home where you can actually grow? We are a fast-growing US-based e-commerce clothing brand, and we are looking for a rockstar Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our team full-time.

We don't expect you to know everything—we will fully train you on our exact scaling strategies. However, we are not looking for complete beginners. You must already know how to confidently navigate Meta Business Manager and launch campaigns without hand-holding. If you are highly organized, sharp, willing to learn, and love e-commerce, we want you!

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

Launch & Manage: Build and launch Facebook /Meta ad campaigns daily using our exact templates and strategies.

Maintain Accuracy: Follow detailed campaign instructions perfectly without missing targeting, budget, or creative settings.

Account Health: Help monitor Meta Business Managers, Ad Accounts, and Pixels to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Proactive Reporting: Keep a close eye on active ads and quickly report any issues (disapprovals, high spend, etc.) to the team.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Meta Mastery: Proven experience navigating Meta Business Manager, Ad Accounts, Pixels, and CBO/ABO setups.

Proven Track Record: You have launched actual Facebook sales campaigns before (experience with e-commerce/Shopify is a massive plus).

Obsessive Attention to Detail: You double-check your work and rarely make careless mistakes.

Growth Mindset: You are highly organized, reliable, teachable, and eager to improve your skills.

Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.
