I don't need another person who can “make a flyer.” I need a CREATIVE who can take the vision, bring it to life, and help keep an entire community MOVING.

I’m looking for a Creative & Community Lead who can own two lanes: creative execution + community engagement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create original illustrations and professional branded graphics.
• Edit and format workbooks, PDFs, guides, presentations, resources, and digital products.
• Turn raw ideas and content into polished, ready-to-use materials.
• Proofread and catch visual/content errors before submission.
• Maintain brand consistency across creative projects.
• Help manage and operate our online school community.
• Create engaging posts, polls, challenges, games, prompts, announcements, and activities.
• Interact with members and keep conversations moving.
• Develop fresh ideas to keep the community active, fun, valuable, and connected.
• Take initiative without needing step-by-step direction for every assignment.

YOU NEED TO KNOW

Adobe Illustrator • Adobe InDesign • Adobe Photoshop • Canva Pro • Illustration • Graphic Design • Editing • Professional Formatting • Community Management

Experience with Skool or another online membership/community platform is strongly preferred.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

You are creative, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, reliable, engaging, and full of ideas.

I should be able to give you the vision and direction and trust you to help bring it to life.

This is NOT the position for someone who only knows how to edit Canva templates or needs to be told every move to make.
