Part-Time Vehicle Photo & Inventory Assistant - Frazer and ChatGPT EXPEREINCE REQUIRED

EONE AUTO GROUP is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented part-time virtual assistant to manage vehicle photos and inventory information using Frazer and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities:

• Upload vehicle photos into Frazer
• Match every photo to the correct vehicle and VIN
• Place exterior, interior, dashboard, and feature photos in the correct order
• Use ChatGPT to assist with organizing, resizing, and improving vehicle photos
• Resize photos to 800×600 when required
• Check photos for accuracy, quality, duplicates, and missing angles
• Add or update vehicle information in Frazer
• Verify all information before publishing
• Maintain a daily report showing vehicles completed
• Follow instructions and complete assignments on time

Requirements:

• Previous Frazer experience is strongly preferred
• Comfortable using ChatGPT
• Experience uploading and organizing vehicle photos
• Basic photo-editing and resizing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet
• Able to work independently and handle repetitive tasks accurately
• Automotive dealership experience is preferred
