Senior Accountant (CPA) – Financial & Operational Management

We are a fast-paced, family-owned HVAC and plumbing company looking for an experienced, detail-oriented CPA (Certified Public Accountant) to manage our core financial operations and system integrations. Primary Responsibilities:
Financial & Account Reconciliation:
-Perform routine bank reconsolidations, credit card reconciliations, and general statement reconciliations.

A/R & Invoicing Oversight:
-Manage Accounts Receivable, review completed HVAC and plumbing jobs for accuracy, and oversee customer invoicing.
-System & Data Management: Maintain and manage financial workflows across our CRM and QuickBooks platforms.
-Customer Financing: Assist in processing, tracking, and managing customer financing applications for major installations.
-Operational Quality Control: Review job costs, ticket details, and financial reports to ensure high accuracy and margin protection.

Skills & Qualifications:
-Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential required.
-Perfect English Proficiency (written and verbal) for seamless communication with management and financing partners.

High Initiative:
-Proactive self-starter who identifies financial discrepancies and resolves them independently.
-Software Mastery: Proficient with QuickBooks and industry CRM software; tech-savvy with fast adaptability.
-Proven HVAC/Plumbing/Trades Experience is a major plus.
-Punctual, highly organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines.
