About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Credit Repair Disputes VA to assist with the day-to-day processing of client credit disputes.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in credit repair, understands the dispute process, and can work independently while following company SOPs accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Review client files and credit reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process dispute letters for Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
  • Prepare FTC reports and supporting documents.
  • Assist with CFPB complaint submissions.
  • Review client files before each dispute round.
  • Monitor dispute rounds and follow-up deadlines.
  • Review updated credit reports and identify deleted, updated, or reinserted accounts.
  • Prepare follow-up disputes based on credit report updates.
  • Verify client documents, contracts, and account information.
  • Maintain accurate client records and notes.
  • Communicate with clients when additional information or documents are needed.
  • Identify missing information or roadblocks and report them to the appropriate team member.
  • Ensure all required documents are complete and attached before submission.
  • Follow company SOPs and quality control procedures.
  • Complete daily tasks and submit required EOD reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.

Systems & Tools

  • Experience with the following is preferred:
  • Client Dispute Manager (CDM)
  • SmartCredit
  • ClickUp
  • GoHighLevel (GHL)

Requirements

  • 1 year or more of experience in credit repair or dispute processing.
  • Previous experience as a Credit Repair VA, Disputes VA, or similar position.
  • Basic understanding of credit reports and the credit dispute process.
  • Familiarity with Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good written English.
  • Able to follow SOPs accurately and consistently.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • Willing to work during CST hours.
