Bilingual Virtual Front Desk Concierge (Remote – Chiropractic Office)
We’re a busy, patient-focused chiropractic practice looking for a warm, bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Front Desk Concierge to be the welcoming voice of our office. If people say you’re friendly, organized, and great on the phone — read on.
What you’ll do:
Answer calls and messages with a friendly, caring, concierge-level touch
Book, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments; keep our calendar full
Verify insurance and keep patient records accurate and up to date
Follow up with patients and help them feel genuinely looked after
What we’re looking for:
Fluent, natural English AND Spanish (this is a must)
A warm, hospitality-first personality — you love helping people
Reliable high-speed internet + a backup connection, and a quiet home office
1+ year in customer service, front desk, hospitality, or a VA role (medical office a big plus)
Available full-time, 40 hrs/week, during Miami/ Eastern Time Zone business hours
Details:
Pay: $7 USD/hour, depending on experience • Full-time, long-term
100% remote • Paid weekly
