Real Estate Lead Manager | Launch Control Texting + Occasional Calls

We are hiring a high-level Lead Manager for our U.S. vacant land real estate business.

This role is primarily focused on texting leads through Launch Control, managing seller conversations, qualifying motivation, and keeping follow-up organized. On occasion, you will also need to answer incoming calls or make outbound calls to sellers when texting is not enough to move the conversation forward.

We are looking for someone who is a great communicator by text and phone, highly organized, professional, persuasive, and dependable.

What You’ll Do
Manage inbound and outbound seller conversations using Launch Control
Text property owners and qualify leads
Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
Update CRM with accurate notes and lead status
Organize leads and keep the pipeline clean
Occasionally answer seller calls or make outbound calls
Help move qualified leads toward offers and acquisitions review
What You Must Have
Experience using Launch Control
Experience in U.S. real estate lead management or texting
Strong written and spoken English
Confidence speaking with U.S. sellers on the phone when needed
Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and ask the right questions
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Reliable internet and a professional work setup
Big Plus If You Have
Vacant land experience
Acquisitions or lead qualification experience
CRM experience
Experience handling both texting and phone calls in real estate
