E-Commerce Growth & Operations Assistant – AI Websites, Ads, Leads & Automation

We are looking for ONE highly motivated and resourceful person who wants to grow with us long-term and become a key part of a new international E-Commerce service business.

Our company helps E-Commerce entrepreneurs with services such as:

International company formation
Hong Kong company setups
US company setups
UK company setups
Corporate service coordination
Nominee director arrangements through professional providers
Banking and payment provider onboarding assistance
E-Commerce business infrastructure

You will work directly with the founder and help operate and grow the entire business.

This is not a normal Virtual Assistant position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new tools and taking responsibility.

Your Responsibilities

You will help with almost everything required to operate and grow the business.

This includes:

Building and improving our website
Creating landing pages
Using AI tools to build and modify websites
Working with Claude Code, ChatGPT, Lovable and similar AI tools
Fixing basic website or technical problems
Creating new service pages and funnels
Managing website content
Researching competitors and new services
Setting up and managing small advertising campaigns
Reddit Ads
X / Twitter Ads
Potentially Meta Ads in the future
Installing and checking tracking pixels
Monitoring campaigns and improving performance
Answering potential customers via WhatsApp
Answering website chat inquiries
Following up with leads
Explaining our services to potential customers
Collecting required information from customers
Coordinating with our company formation and corporate service partners
Organizing customer onboarding
Keeping leads and customers organized
Using AI to solve problems you do not immediately understand
Finding ways to improve our processes and automate repetitive work
Very Important

You do not need to already be an expert in every single task.

However, you must be extremely comfortable with technology and AI.

For example:

If I tell you:

“Build a new landing page for our Hong Kong company setup service.”

I expect you to use the existing information, analyze competitors, use ChatGPT/Claude/Lovable and build the page.

If something does not work, you should try to understand the problem and solve it.

I do not want someone who needs instructions for every small step.

Example of Your Work

One day you may build a new landing page.

The next day you may launch a small Reddit Ads campaign.

Then you may answer five potential customers on WhatsApp.

After that you may research competitors and improve our offer.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to understand how an entire online business works.
