What You’ll Be Doing

Managing and troubleshooting network infrastructures (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
Maintaining and troubleshooting Active Directory environments
Providing expert-level desktop support (hardware, software, networking)
Assisting clients with system upgrades and installations
Implementing and managing IT security protocols
Collaborating with clients and colleagues globally in fluent English

Who We’re Looking For

Someone with strong experience in networking, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop support
Excellent communicator who is fluent in spoken and written English
Problem-solver with a sharp attention to detail
Able to work well independently and as part of a team
Experience with remote IT support tools is a plus
Certifications such as CCNA, MS-900 are a bonus but not required

Technical Requirements

You need a Windows 10/11 Professional Edition PC that is not shared with others
A noise-canceling headset is required
