Sales Recruiter / Recruiting VA – U.S. Candidates

We’re looking for an experienced remote recruiter to help us screen and schedule sales candidates for our U.S.-based team.

Your primary responsibility will be calling applicants and realtors, qualifying them over the phone, selling them on the opportunity, and scheduling strong candidates for in-person interviews.

Responsibilities:

-Call and follow up with applicants promptly
-Conduct initial phone screenings for sales positions
-Evaluate communication skills, sales experience, motivation, and overall fit
-Present the opportunity professionally and build candidate interest
-Schedule qualified candidates for in-person interviews
-Maintain accurate candidate notes and follow-up
-Assist with sourcing and other recruiting tasks as needed

Requirements:

-Excellent spoken and written English; must communicate clearly and confidently with U.S.-based candidates
-Previous remote recruiting, phone screening, appointment setting, or outbound calling experience
-Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
-Comfortable evaluating and qualifying sales candidates
-Reliable internet (10 Mbps minimum; backup connection preferred)
-Noise-cancelling headset and quiet workspace
-Available during U.S. Pacific business hours
-Able to start immediately

Pay: Starting at $5-$6/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Part-time or full-time during U.S. Pacific business hours
