About the Role

Technical Competitive Research & Full-Stack Builder — Claude Code Expert

We are looking for a highly technical developer who is very experienced with Claude Code, web application analysis, APIs, network inspection, SaaS architecture, and rapid AI-assisted development.

This is NOT a marketing position.

The project has two main phases.

Phase 1 — Deep Technical Analysis

Your first and most important task is to deeply analyze these two existing platforms:

----------
----------

We want to understand exactly how these products work from a technical and product perspective.

You should investigate all information that can be lawfully determined from publicly accessible parts of the websites and normal browser/application behavior, including:

Frontend technology and application architecture
User flow
Signup/login flow
Dashboard structure
Pricing/credit system
API calls visible through normal browser developer tools
Public API endpoints and documentation
Network requests
Tracking-number workflow
Carrier integrations
Database/data-flow architecture that can reasonably be inferred
External services/providers being used
Publicly identifiable upstream data providers or partners
How tracking-number inventory appears to be sourced and delivered
Whether numbers are generated, retrieved through an API, purchased from another provider, stored in inventory, or sourced through another legitimate mechanism
How users search/filter/request tracking information
How credits/orders are processed
Automation involved in the process
Technical limitations and dependencies

A major goal of Phase 1 is to determine, from lawful/public evidence, where the tracking data originates and whether there is a legitimate API, reseller, supplier, or data-provider model behind it.

You should document your findings clearly instead of simply giving us raw technical information.

We do not want unauthorized access, credential bypassing, exploitation of vulnerabilities, extraction of private data, or copying proprietary source code.

Phase 1 Deliverable

We expect a technical report explaining:

How TrackTaco works
How GetTNShip works
Their likely technology stack
Their user/product workflow
Their API/network architecture
How their tracking-data supply appears to work
Any identifiable legitimate upstream providers/APIs
Which parts can realistically be recreated
Which parts require a third-party supplier/API
Whether a legitimate reseller/API-based business model would technically be possible
Recommended architecture for our own product

Do not start building before you understand the product.

Phase 2 — Build Our Own MVP

Once the research is complete, your second task is to build our own platform with similar core functionality but:

Our own branding
Our own UI
Our own codebase
Our own infrastructure
Our own supplier/API integrations
No copying of proprietary code or copyrighted content

The objective is not to build an unnecessarily complicated platform.

We want a clean, simple, fast MVP.

You should be comfortable using AI development tools to move quickly, especially:

Claude Code
Lovable or similar AI builders where useful
Modern frontend frameworks
APIs
Databases
Authentication
Payment/credit systems
Admin dashboards

We care more about functionality and speed of execution than building everything manually from scratch.

The product should ultimately include the necessary customer-facing website, user dashboard, purchasing/credit flow, data/API integration, order/history functionality and basic admin functionality.

Who We Are Looking For

You should be strong in:

Claude Code
Full-stack web development
API analysis and integration
Browser DevTools / network analysis
SaaS architecture
JavaScript / TypeScript
Modern frontend frameworks
Backend/API development
Databases
Authentication
Rapid MVP development
Technical competitive research

Experience analyzing existing SaaS products and turning publicly observable product behavior into a new independently developed implementation is a major advantage.

Marketing experience is not required.

Important

The first priority is NOT building the website.

The first priority is:

Understand exactly how TrackTaco and GetTNShip work, especially how their tracking-data supply/integration works.

Only after we understand this do we move into development.

When applying, please briefly explain:

Your experience with Claude Code
Your experience analyzing web apps/APIs
Whether you have done technical competitive research before
Examples of SaaS products or MVPs you have built
How you would approach Phase 1 of this project
