As the largest manager of maritime cultural assets in Hong Kong, our service network supports government agencies, multinational corporations, and industry leaders across the Greater Bay Area (GBA) of China.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Content Generation: Use generative AI tools to develop high-quality video concepts, animations, and visual effects in accordance with provided guidelines and key visuals for digital campaigns, including specified sizes and formats.
• Reels, Video Production and Animation from 2D to 3D: Edit, refine, and polish AI-generated content using video-editing and motion-graphics software to ensure brand consistency and visual quality.
• Creative Conceptualisation: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams in Hong Kong to transform creative briefs into visually compelling narratives and video assets for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
• Workflow Optimisation: Support the production of artwork for products, including graphic layouts for printed materials and online platforms; continuously test, integrate, and optimise emerging AI video and animation tools within existing design workflows to enhance creative output and production efficiency.
• Asset Management: Organise and maintain digital media libraries, prompts, and design assets in an efficient and systematic manner.

Requirements

• Graduated from Bachelor / Diploma.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of Full-Time experience in video editing and graphic design, motion design, digital animation, or a related field.
• AI Video Tool Proficiency: Practical experience using modern AI-generated video and image tools, such as Runway, Midjourney, Sora, Pika, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo.Ai, Higgsfield, Veo or similar platforms.
• Software Requirement: Access to CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is a MUST.
• Language and Communication Skills: Fluent or professional-level spoken English is required for daily collaboration, team meetings, and client presentations.
• Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage but is not required.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating skills in video editing, motion graphics, and AI-assisted creative workflows. Website UI/UX Design and logo design experience is a bonus.
• Commitment: Stable and full-time commitment.
