Role Essential Qualifications / Skills (Must Haves)

  • Proven experience independently building, integrating, testing, and maintaining AI

powered business systems and automations.

  • Advanced experience with CRM, cold -email , calendar, form, workflow, and lead

management integrations.

  • Strong working knowledge of tools such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, Acquisity,

Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Google Workspace, Calendly, and similar platforms.

  • Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, field mapping, conditional logic, data

synchronization, and multi-step workflows.

  • Capable of translating a business outcome or loosely defined client requirement into a

practical technical solution without needing detailed instructions.

  • Strong troubleshooting ability across domains, DNS, email authentication, inbox

connectivity, calendar integrations, CRM pipelines, automations, and data flow.

  • Able to participate in client discovery and implementation calls, ask intelligent technical

questions, identify missing requirements, and recommend solutions.

  • Comfortable working with B2B SaaS, healthcare, life-sciences, and professional-services

clients where accuracy, privacy, governance, and reliability matter.

  • Able to distinguish between what can be delivered with existing AIA/Blacklabel agents

and what requires custom integration or development.

  • Strong documentation skills, including workflow maps, build specifications, SOPs, testing

procedures, and client handoff documentation.

  • Excellent written and spoken English with professional, client-facing communication.
  • Highly accountable and proactive. Must communicate blockers early, manage deadlines,

and take full ownership from scoping through deployment and quality assurance.

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level

role and Michaele does not have the availability to provide day-to-day technical
management or hand-holding.

Role Preferred Qualifications / Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Previous experience supporting an AI automation agency, SaaS consultancy, or B2B lead

generation business.

  • Familiarity with healthcare technology, healthcare commercialization, regulated

industries, data privacy, or AI governance.

  • Experience supporting pre-revenue and early-stage SaaS companies, including pilot

programs and proof-of-concept deployments.

  • Experience with AI SDRs, conversational AI, lead qualification, automated follow-up, and

appointment-booking systems.

  • Familiarity with contact-center platforms such as Zendesk, NICE, Genesys, Five9, or

Salesforce Service Cloud.

  • Experience integrating model-agnostic AI tools or governance systems through APIs.
  • Understanding of cold -email infrastructure, deliverability, domain configuration, inbox

health, reply routing, and campaign reporting.

  • Ability to estimate technical scope, required hours, third-party costs, implementation

risks, and delivery timelines before a proposal is finalized.

  • Experience managing multiple client implementations and coordinating with outbound

specialists, developers, and other contractors.

  • Ability to help create repeatable service packages and templates as Metronome Advisors

builds its client base.

Is the business newly launched or already established?
Newly launched / early-stage consulting and AI implementation business.

KPIs/Success Measures

  • Technical projects accurately scoped before Michaele makes client commitments.
  • Projects delivered on time, within the agreed scope, and with minimal rework.
  • Automations and integrations tested successfully before client launch.
  • Reliable lead flow from initial capture through CRM, follow-up, qualification, and

booking.

  • Reduced technical involvement required from Michaele.
  • Clear and timely communication of progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Complete documentation and SOPs created for every deployed system.
  • Fast and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Positive client feedback and strong implementation experience.
  • Ability to support multiple client accounts as Metronome Advisors grows.
  • Repeatable systems created so successful implementations can be deployed efficiently

for future clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Join discovery or scoping calls when needed and ask the technical questions required to

define a realistic solution.

  • Translate client problems and desired outcomes into system architecture, workflows,

integrations, and implementation plans.

  • Advise Michaele on feasibility, scope, timelines, dependencies, third-party costs, and

delivery risks before proposals are finalized.

  • Build and configure CRMs, lead-capture systems, pipelines, calendars, forms, email

workflows, AI agents, and automated follow-up.

  • Connect systems using native integrations, Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks.
  • Configure and troubleshoot domains, DNS records, inboxes, email authentication,

calendars, permissions, and user access.

  • Support AI SDR, qualification, routing, follow-up, and appointment-booking workflows.
  • Test every workflow from end to end, including failure paths, edge cases, notifications,

and data accuracy.

  • Monitor active systems, identify failures, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Maintain clear build documentation, client-facing instructions, SOPs, credentials/access

records, and change logs.

  • Coordinate with a separate Cold Outbound Specialist responsible for ICP research, lists,

messaging, campaigns, deliverability, and A/B testing.

  • Manage the technical delivery side of client engagements so Michaele can focus on

strategy, client relationships, sales, and healthcare commercialization.

  • Help Metronome Advisors turn successful builds into standardized, repeatable service

offerings.

Compensation Range
Starting range: $10-$15 per hour, based on experience, technical depth, and client-facing
capability.

Begin on a part-time, project-based basis, with the intention of increasing hours and
transitioning toward a stable monthly retainer as Metronome Advisors signs clients. The
candidate should understand that demonstrated ownership and delivery quality can create a
long-term opportunity to become the lead technical implementation resource.

Must provide dependable overlap with U.S. Mountain Time and be available for scheduled
client calls during U.S. business hours. A minimum of 3-4 hours of consistent overlap is
preferred.
