Hiring: Remote VA Dispatcher + Social Media & Content Manager (Full-Time)

We’re hiring for a combined role:
Dispatcher / VA (lead handling, customer follow-ups, scheduling, coordination) plus
Social Media + Content + Graphics (daily content management and creative execution).

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 2.5+ years of real, hands-on experience managing social media and content daily

Not occasional posting, not small edits, and not AI-only content.

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads (Business Manager, campaigns, creatives, basic performance tracking)
• Strong editing + graphic design skills (professional content that converts)
• Highly independent: we provide direction and standards — you execute without training
• Creative, organized, open to feedback, fast with revisions

Schedule

• 10 hours/day
• 6 days/week
• 4 weeks/month

Pay

• First 1–2 months: $350/month (trial + onboarding)
• After that: growth based on performance to $400–$900/month

In the future, strong consistent performance may also qualify for a schedule reduction from 10 hours to 8 hours/day (same pay, fewer hours).

Equipment (Non-Negotiable)

• Stable internet + backup internet
• At least two monitors
• Reliable, quiet workspace
