???? Hiring: AI Image & video & Editing Specialist (VA/Dispatcher is a Big Plus, Not Required)
I’m looking for a serious specialist whose primary role is working hands-on with AI image generation and professional editing.
This is not a general VA role.
The core responsibility is AI creation + post-processing quality.
???? Core Requirements (Main Role):
- Real, proven experience (not experimental) working daily with AI image generation tools
including modern platforms such as Sora, Nano Banana, and similar tools.
- Strong Photoshop skills:
manual fixes, realism corrections, compositing, retouching, and post-AI adjustments.
- Clear understanding of prompting, realism, consistency, and commercial-quality output.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow exact instructions.
???? Additional Skills (Relevant to the Same Role):
- AI video generation or video editing.
- Using AI for marketing or commercial content.
? Work Scope:
- 8–10 hours per day
- 6 days per week
???? Budget:
- Starting at $300/month
- After one full month of consistent work with real deliverables, we will review performance and discuss a budget increase.
? Huge Advantage (Optional – Not the Main Role):
- Ability to also function as a VA / Dispatcher
(task handling, organization, communication, follow-ups).
- Not required at all, but a very large advantage if the fit is good.
?
