Full-Stack Developer (Laravel + Inertia + React / TypeScript)

We build custom web products — not templates with plugins bolted on.

The work is a multi-tenant Laravel app with Inertia, React, and TypeScript, shipped as a modular monolith.

What We Actually Care About

You solve problems, not tickets.

When something breaks or the spec is unclear, you investigate and come back with options — not just “it doesn’t work.”

You take initiative.

You spot the thing nobody assigned and raise it. You don’t sit blocked in silence.

You communicate constantly and clearly.

We’re fully remote. That means written updates, honest status, and early warning when something will slip. Going quiet for a day doesn’t work here.

You use AI well — and you own the output.

This is a requirement, not a bonus.

We expect you to use AI tools — Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or whatever works — to move faster on:

• Scaffolding
• Refactors
• Tests
• Debugging
• Unfamiliar APIs

The non-negotiable: you must be able to explain and defend every line you ship, whether you or an AI wrote it.

AI that speeds you up is what we want. AI you can’t reason about is what we screen out.

We apply the same standard to libraries and packages: use them where they earn their place, and understand them either way.

The Work

You won’t be starting a todo app from scratch.

You’ll work inside an existing modular Laravel product with:

• Company-level tenancy
• Permissions
• Queues
• Real customer workflows

A query that forgets to scope by company is not a small bug — it’s a data leak.

We can teach the stack and our conventions.

We can’t teach curiosity, communication, or care about tenant boundaries.

Technical Requirements

Core

• PHP and Laravel — controllers, middleware, services, form requests, Eloquent, queues
• React and TypeScript — components, hooks, typed props, reusable UI
• Inertia.js — or a clear willingness to learn it fast. This is how our frontend talks to Laravel; this is not a typical REST SPA
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Git and comfort working in an existing codebase rather than starting from zero
• Testing as part of the job — Pest (or PHPUnit) on the backend; you’ll be expected to add and maintain tests
• Comfort reading other people’s code and changing it without breaking tenancy, permissions, or existing behaviour

You’ll Get Productive Faster If You Already Know

• Multi-tenant / company-scoped data
• Laravel modules or another modular monolith architecture
• Policies, roles, and permission-aware UI
• Playwright or other E2E testing
• Horizon, Redis, or real-time systems such as Reverb / WebSockets
• Tailwind and component libraries such as Shadcn

Useful, But Not Required

• Next.js — we use it on a public storefront, not in the main app
• WordPress — some client sites and integrations still live there
• Experience working across more than one service, including APIs, webhooks, and JWT

Experience

We’re open to both fresh graduates and experienced developers.

If You’re Experienced

We’re looking for roughly:

• 3+ years building production Laravel applications
• 2+ years working with React
• Solid TypeScript experience

Inertia experience is a plus, but strong Laravel + React developers generally pick it up quickly.

If you’re short on years but can prove the depth, apply anyway — the assessment d ---------- , not the CV.

If You’re a Fresh Graduate

No commercial experience is required.

Bring solid fundamentals and a project — coursework, personal, freelance, or internship — that you can walk us through and explain.

We can teach Laravel, Inertia, and how this product is put together.

We can’t teach curiosity or communication.

Hiring Process

1. Application

Include one paragraph about a problem you solved that you’re proud of and how you approached it.

2. Skills Assessment

You’ll complete a short, focused task designed around the shape of the real job:

• Existing Laravel + React/Inertia code
• A fuzzy requirement
• Tenant-safe changes
• A test

We’re not looking for perfection.

We want to see your approach, your code, and how you think.

Tell us which AI tools you used and where. Using them is expected; hiding it isn’t.

3. Microsoft Teams Interview

You’ll meet with our CEO and development team.

We’ll cover:

• 3–4 short code snippets that we’ll ask you to explain — clear reasoning matters more than being right on the first try
• Real-world development scenarios — an unclear spec, a bug that might involve tenancy, a queue that didn’t run
• Communication and collaboration questions
