Remote Medical B2B Sales & Outreach Specialist

We are an established Australian medical supplier with over 10 years of experience delivering the Y-Cell PRP System—a premium, high-concentration PRP quality system—to top-tier skin clinics and medical specialists (Fertility, Sports Medicine, Urology, ENT).
We are seeking articulate, self-motivated sales support talent in Cebu to represent our brand over the phone.

?Key Responsibilities?

• Conduct outbound calling to Australian medical practices to verify email contacts and specialist schedules.
• Pitch meeting/demo schedules and secure calendar appointments.
• Perform follow-up calls to confirm receipt of email s and remind participants of upcoming meetings.
• Handle inbound/outbound basic email communications and phone inquiries.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and updates in our CRM.
• Participate in daily brief operational check-ins and submit summary reports.

?Qualifications & Requirements?

• English Pronunciation: Clear accent, confident tone, and professional phone etiquette suited for B2B clinical outreach.
• Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to quickly learn medical terms, PRP concepts, and specialized field details.
• Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Home Office Setup: Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
• Medical BPO, Pharma/Medical Sales Representative, or B2B Telesales background is a huge plus.

?Compensation & Long-Term Benefits?

• Full-Time Basic Salary: ?35,000 - ?45,000 / month
• Part-Time Rate: ?260 - ?310 / hour (Flexible schedule: 2 to 5 hours/day based on availability)
• Meeting Incentive: ?500 - ?1,000 bonus per confirmed, attended specialist demo/meeting
