Real Estate Agent Recruiter

Our Real Estate Brokerage has a proven system that helps our agents achieve extremely high levels of success. We are seeking a skilled and motivated part-time recruiter whose primary goal will be to recruit agents that have the ability to emerge into Top Producers. The ideal candidate for this role possesses extremely strong communication skills, high levels of enthusiasm, is extremely professional, and has a track record of exceeding goals on a consistent basis. Having Phone Prospecting Experience, Cold Calling Experience, or Recruiting Experience is a requirement for this position.

Real Estate Recruiter Responsibilities

Manage job postings
Contact candidates via phone and gather preliminary information
Set up zoo ---------- etings for our Lead Senior Recruiter with agents whose fit the initial desired criteria
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our Brokerage
Maintain detailed notes of all applicants

Real Estate Recruiter Qualifications

Minimum of 1 years of work experience in Phone Prospecting
Minimum of 1 years of work experience in Cold Calling
Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Recruiter
Strong Verbal and written communication skills are a must
Strong organizational skills and time management skills are a must
Sales and closing skills are a must
