Your primary responsibility will be to consistently create and post Marketplace listings and video advertisements that generate real inquiries, phone calls, and qualified leads.

Responsibilities

• Create Facebook Marketplace listings for our services
• Create/edit short promotional videos for each service
• Write strong headlines and descriptions that encourage prospects to respond
• Post and manage Marketplace ads/listings
• Refresh and repost listings as necessary
• Test different videos, headlines, locations, and offers
• Respond quickly to Facebook inquiries or forward leads to our team
• Track which ads generate the most leads
• Follow Facebook policies and use strategies that reduce the chance of listings being removed or accounts being restricted

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience posting and marketing on Facebook Marketplace
• Knows how to create or edit short-form marketing videos
• Understands Facebook lead generation
• Has strong written English
• Is dependable and can work independently
• Understands that the goal is qualified leads and appointments — not simply views or clicks

Experience marketing tax services, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, financial services, insurance, legal services, or other professional services is a major plus.
