About the Role

About the Role

We are a growing US-based healthcare organization looking for a hands-on Marketing Technology & Web Specialist to join our team full-time.

This person will be the primary technical resource for our marketing team. You will report directly to the CMO and be responsible for implementing and maintaining the technology behind our websites, landing pages, forms, tracking, attribution, and marketing integrations.

This is a hands-on role. We need someone who can take a request and actually implement it, whether that means modifying a Webflow form, building a landing page, fixing a tracking pixel, connecting a new marketing platform, configuring a subdomain, or troubleshooting why attribution data is missing.

You will also work directly with our vendors and other specialists when systems connect. For example, you may work with our call-tracking provider’s engineers to complete an integration, meet with our paid media team to troubleshoot conversion tracking, or work with our CRM & Automation Specialist to make sure lead data is passing correctly into our internal systems.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Websites, Forms & Landing Pages

  • Maintain and update our Webflow website
  • Build and modify pages, forms, fields, dropdowns, and other website elements
  • Build, duplicate, and modify landing pages in Unbounce
  • Implement technical and layout changes for conversion-rate tests
  • Ensure pages and forms work properly across desktop and mobile
  • Maintain existing designs and styling provided by our creative team
  • Monitor and improve page performance and load speed
  • Troubleshoot website and form issues

Marketing Tracking & Attribution

  • Configure, test, and maintain Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, GA4, and other marketing tracking
  • Manage our Google Tag Manager environment
  • Audit and troubleshoot tags, triggers, variables, data layers, and tracking scripts
  • Identify duplicate, conflicting, or broken tracking
  • Verify that forms, phone calls, and other conversions are attributed to the correct sources and campaigns
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies between advertising platforms and actual leads
  • Make sure new pages, forms, and campaigns launch with the appropriate tracking in place

Call Tracking & Marketing Integrations

  • Maintain the technical side of our WhatConverts call-tracking and attribution setup
  • Manage Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) and related tracking
  • Connect and configure new marketing tools and integrations
  • Work directly with software vendors and their technical teams when needed
  • Implement required changes on our side of integrations
  • Test integrations to verify that data is flowing correctly in both directions
  • Troubleshoot UTMs, GCLIDs, lead IDs, webhooks, forms, and other attribution data

Experience with WhatConverts specifically is not required if you have experience with similar platforms such as CallRail and can learn new systems quickly.

Working With Our Other Specialists

You will work closely with our paid media team, creative agency, software vendors, and CRM & Automation Specialist.

We have a separate CRM & Automation Specialist responsible for ClickUp, Make, Zapier, lead routing, internal workflows, and backend automations. You will not be responsible for taking over that role.

Where the systems connect, you will work together. For example, if a Webflow form captures a UTM parameter but it does not appear correctly in our CRM, you may troubleshoot the website and tracking side while the CRM & Automation Specialist checks the backend automation and field mapping.

Similarly, our paid media partners manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns. You will not manage the campaigns themselves, but you will work with them to make sure the technical tracking supporting those campaigns is implemented and working correctly.

Our creative partners handle primary branding and graphic design. You should be able to implement and modify existing designs, but you do not need to be a graphic designer.

Must-Have Skills

  • Webflow: Strong hands-on experience with Webflow, including forms, CMS, responsive layouts, styling, and modifying existing websites
  • Google Tag Manager: Strong experience with tags, triggers, variables, custom events, data layers, Preview Mode, and debugging
  • Conversion Tracking: Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and GA4 tracking
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to investigate technical problems, identify the root cause, implement a solution, and verify that it works
  • Marketing Integrations: Comfortable working with forms, webhooks, attribution data, tracking scripts, and connections between marketing platforms
  • English Communication: Strong written and spoken English. You must be comfortable speaking directly with the CMO, vendors, developers, and other technical specialists

Strongly Preferred

  • Unbounce
  • JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Chrome DevTools or similar browser debugging tools
  • Cloudflare and DNS management
  • WhatConverts, CallRail, or other DNI/call-tracking platforms
  • Experience with UTMs, GCLIDs, and marketing attribution
  • API and webhook integrations
  • Experience troubleshooting website-to-CRM data flows

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, technically curious, and takes ownership.

If the CMO asks you to modify a form, you should be able to make the change. If a tracking pixel is not working, you should be able to investigate it. If a new platform needs to be integrated, you should be able to implement the technical work on our side and work directly with the platform’s engineers when necessary.

You are not replacing our paid media team, CRM & Automation Specialist, or creative agency. You are the technical person on the marketing team who makes sure the technology they depend on works correctly.

How to Apply

Please include a brief 5–8 sentence answer to the following scenario in your application:

Imagine you are auditing our Google Ads tracking and suspect that our lead conversion tag is double-counting conversions, causing Google Ads to report more leads than we are actually receiving. Describe the exact step-by-step process you would use to determine whether duplicate conversions are actually firing on the website, what you would examine to identify the root cause, and how you would verify that the issue has been resolved.

Applications that do not answer the screening scenario will not be considered.
