We are looking for qualified and highly experienced professionals for our talent pool to work remotely & virtually for our clients. You will be part of a team of professional remote engineers, architects, and support staff who fulfill our clients' needs for their daily operations.
Technical Requirements (Project Designer/Coordinator: Civil Engineer or Civil Land Designer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with PRC License
- 5–10 years of relevant industry experience as a Civil Engineer or Civil Land and Infrastructure Designer/Engineer
- Strong experience in residential land development projects, including subdivision/site development, grading, drainage, utility layouts, and permitting
- Preparing preliminary residential site layouts and grading plans
- Developing preliminary site layouts, grading concepts, and utility routes
- Supporting entitlement processes (zoning, variances, special permits)
- Reviewing site constructability and phasing plans
- Performing cut/fill calculations and earthwork balancing
- Preparing utility service connection & routes designs
- Supporting due diligence investigations for potential development sites
- Refining designs with detailed dimensions and specifications
- Supporting utility conflict analyses
- Coordinating with surveying teams for boundary/topographic information
- Producing final engineering plans for permitting and construction
- Work with POINT CLOUD files and uploads
- Work with Drone Imagery and its incorporation into Civil 3D
- Managing local zoning compliance and setback requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, general contractors, and others to ensure seamless workflow
- Provide administrative support to the team and help with scheduling and follow-ups as needed
- Coordinating & Modifying Drawing Sets as needed
- CIVIL 3D A MUST
- Knowledgeable in Project Documentation Processes
- With Advanced English communication skills required due to frequent client interaction and documentation responsibilities.

Other Details
- This is a full-time work environment from home. Work schedule is 7am-4pm US Central Standard Time, but this may vary depending on clients
- This job will pay $325 USD per week or around 85,000 PHP per month Or More. But May Vary Based on Experience!
Once selected by a client, the candidate will receive:
- 2 weeks paid training
- Major PH holidays off (per approval of the Client)
- Major US holidays off (per approval of the Client)

- Engineering Experience (Land Development Design and/or Execution, Grading, Utilities): 5+ years (Required)

- Experience in site layout design, grading plans, utility design, construction documentation, or project coordination
- Experience working on US-based or International projects is a plus.
