Senior Outreach Specialist (Commercial Cleaning)

Work Setup: Remote (Part-Time, Monday to Friday)

Base Salary: $500 USD / month
Commission: Uncapped Commission Per Booked Inspection/Quote (Plus Open Strategy Discussion)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Senior B2B Lead Generation Specialist who can independently find, engage, and connect with key commercial property decision-makers (Property Managers, Facility Directors, Operations Leads).
We are targeting commercial window cleaning opportunities in Minnesota. We have clear revenue goals, but we don't micromanage. We need someone who can take the reins, find the right contacts, execute cold outreach, and schedule walkthroughs for our team.

Key Responsibilities

Target Research: Identify commercial properties and accurately trace building ownership/property management companies.
Prospecting & Contact Discovery: Source verified decision-maker email s, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
Independent Outreach: Manage multi-channel cold outreach (Email , LinkedIn, or Calls) to spark interest and generate qualified opportunities.
Appointment Setting: Book property walkthroughs/inspection calls directly onto our team's calendar.
Self-Management: Track your pipeline independently and stay driven by daily/weekly booking goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or cold outreach.
Autonomy: Ability to work independently without hand-holding. You know how to find answers, bypass gatekeepers, and keep moving forward.
Goal-Oriented Mindset: Strong intrinsic motivation to reach key performance indicators (KPIs) and earn commissions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Base Pay: $500/month part-time base pay.
Commissions: Earn a commission on every qualified property inspection or quote booked.
Collaborative Compensation Plan: We already have a commission strategy in mind, but we want to hear your thoughts. We welcome your input on commission structures or performance bonuses so we can build a compensation model that truly rewards your results.
