Sales / Appointment Setting VA (with Real Estate Experience)

Overview:

We’re hiring a confident Sales / Appointment-Setting VA to help generate new business for a growing real estate media company.

What You’ll Do

• Make high-volume cold calls to real estate agents and team leaders
• Build rapport and introduce a FREE real estate media shoot/package
• Book appointments with interested prospects
• Follow an established script and proven sales process
• Follow up with leads and update the CRM
• Study successful call recordings and improve performance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate cold calling, ISA, appointment setting, or sales
• Real estate media sales experience is a major plus
• Excellent spoken English and a professional phone presence
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls
• Strong rapport-building and objection-handling skills
• Coachable, consistent, and results-driven
• GoHighLevel experience is a plus
