Operations / Customer Success VA (with Real Estate Experience

We’re hiring an organized, proactive Operations / Customer Success VA to support a growing real estate media company.

What You’ll Do

• Manage incoming shooter files and production workflows
• Organize jobs/files in Ario
• Move photos through AI editing workflows (Autoenhance)
• Coordinate with video editors and track revisions
• Update Trello/project-management systems
• Handle client requests, edit requests, and basic troubleshooting
• Assist with scheduling and client communication via email , text, and phone
• Identify workflow issues and suggest process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Real estate media experience strongly preferred
• Ario experience is a big plus
• Excellent organization and task-management skills
• Strong written and spoken English
• Confident and professional with clients
• Proactive, process-minded, and able to work independently
• Patient and comfortable helping less tech-savvy clients
