About the Role

Job:
Receive a list of tasks (fro ---------- ) that my main employee has to do and communicate with him to ensure he does them all.

Details:

I run a marketing agency and I currently waste a lot of time going back and forth with my main employee and ensuring he follows all my orders and meets deadlines. He's very cooperative and eventually always does but it takes too much of my time and energy.

All you'll need to do is receive a list of tasks fro ---------- every few days with deadlines and then keep my employee accountable. Then report to me at the end what was done and what wasn't. That's it. No need to manage projects, no need to make strategic decisions etc. Just a small part time gig (for now), but it can potentially grow into a much larger managerial role if you're good enough.

Takes a combined 1-2 hours per day, 5-6 days a week.

Pay: $2/h (potential for a raise if it works well). Very flexible hours. Can start immediately if hired.

Requirements:

  • leadership qualities (comfortable with keeping a person accountable)
  • B1 (preferably B2) English
  • have 4-10 hours/week to dedicate to this
