eCommerce Support Executive

BrickHub Pte. Ltd. is a fast-growing Singapore-based eCommerce fulfillment and logistics company that provides end-to-end warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory management, and cross-border logistics solutions. We help merchants streamline their operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other online marketplaces throughout Southeast Asia.

As we continue expanding our business, we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive team member to support our daily operations and help our merchants grow their eCommerce businesses.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who is experienced in eCommerce operations and ideally familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopify. This role will focus on managing merchants' day-to-day fulfillment operations, ensuring smooth warehouse processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing excellent operational support to our clients.

You should be organized, responsive, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics and eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
Merchant & eCommerce Operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of merchants' eCommerce fulfillment accounts.
Assist merchants with onboarding, store integration, and order synchronization when required.
Monitor Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopify orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately.
Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies.
Prepare reports on order fulfillment, inventory levels, and operational performance.
Liaise with merchants regarding inventory replenishment, inbound shipments, and order issues.
Support product listing uploads, SKU creation, barcode management, and inventory mapping when required.
Monitor platform service levels (SLA), order cancellations, and fulfillment performance.
Work closely with courier partners to resolve delivery issues, returns, claims and failed deliveries.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily warehouse and logistics operations.
Provide prompt and professional support to merchants through email , WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Account Management

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, bundles, and visuals
Monitor store performance, traffic, conversion, and platform health
Ensure product information, pricing, and inventory are updated accurately
Track competitor activity and suggest ideas to improve store performance

Customer Service

Respond promptly to customer inquiries on Shopee and other channels when needed
Assist customers with product recommendations, shade selection, bundles, and order-related questions
Handle returns, refunds, order tracking, and post-purchase support professionally
Maintain a warm, helpful, and brand-aligned tone in all customer communication
Record customer feedback and flag recurring issues or opportunities for improvement

Marketing & Campaign Support
Support campaign launches and promotional calendars across Shopee and TikTok Shop
Assist with simple content updates, campaign banners, and listing visuals on social media.
Support coordination for product launches, bundles, and special platform activations

Requirements
Based in the Philippines with a stable internet connection
Prior experience managing a Shopee store is required
Experience with TikTok Shop is a strong advantage
Strong command of English and Chinese (written and conversational)
Experience in eCommerce is a plus
Familiar with tools such as Canva, Google Sheets,, or simple video editing.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask well
Proactive, fast learner, and able to solve problems independently
Able to work in Singapore timezone (GMT+8)
