Roblox Game Scout – Remote | $3,000–$5,000+ Earning Potential

We are a Roblox game studio looking for motivated Roblox Game Scouts to help us discover interesting Roblox games and connect with their developers and owners.

You will use our internal scouting tools to find and review Roblox games, identify opportunities that match our criteria, and reach out to the people behind them.

We provide the tools, training, scouting criteria, and outreach process.

What You'll Do

• Find and review Roblox games using our internal tools
• Identify games that match our scouting criteria
• Research the developers and owners behind these games
• Reach out to developers through Discord or other available channels
• Start conversations with developers who may be interested in selling a share of their game or working with us
• Keep track of games, leads, and conversations in our system
• Pass qualified opportunities to our team

Who We're Looking For

Professional experience is not required. We're mainly looking for people who:

• Know Roblox and regularly play Roblox games
• Understand the Roblox platform and basic terminology
• Have good written English
• Are comfortable reaching out and starting conversations with new people
• Can follow clear instructions and processes
• Are consistent, efficient, and motivated
• Are comfortable doing repetitive scouting and outreach

Experience with Roblox development, Discord communities, game scouting, sales, or outreach is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

We offer a competitive, performance-based compensation structure.

You will receive compensation for every qualified lead you generate, as well as a percentage of the deals we successfully sign.

For someone who works consistently and efficiently, earning $3,000–$5,000+ USD per month is achievable.
