Digital Creative Designer

We are looking for a talented and versatile Digital Creative Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life by creating engaging, high-quality visual assets across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to produce both static graphics and dynamic multimedia content.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content: Design eye-catching static graphics, carousels, and short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook , and LinkedIn.

Ad Creatives: Develop high-converting visual assets for paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Display Network, etc.).

Marketing Collateral: Create digital assets including email marketing templates, website banners, landing page graphics, and digital brochures.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm concepts, conceptualize campaigns, and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Digital Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar creative role.

Expertise in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience with video editing and motion graphics (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is highly preferred.

Proficiency in modern, collaborative design platforms like Canva and Figma.

A strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and digital design best practices.

Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
