Customer Support Representative – Dropshipping

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our eCommerce/dropshipping team.

This will be a remote, full-time position, and you will be working with multiple Shopify stores serving customers in different markets.

Salary: $2.50/hour

What you will be doing:
Handling customer queries through our customer support system
Helping customers with orders, shipping, returns, refunds, product questions, etc.
Checking and managing orders through Shopify
Updating and maintaining information in Google Sheets
Following up on delayed or problematic orders
Communicating with suppliers when needed
Handling customer complaints in a professional and polite way
Managing customer support for multiple stores
Following our internal processes and making sure customers get the right information
Keeping track of open customer issues and making sure they are properly resolved
What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who already has experience in customer support and eCommerce.

You should have good knowledge of:

Shopify
Google Sheets
Customer support
Order management
Dropshipping
Communicating with customers
Handling complaints and difficult situations

You should also be comfortable working with people and know how to communicate properly with customers. Being able to understand the customer's problem and provide the right response is very important for this role.

Since you may be working with multiple stores and different markets, you should be able to adapt quickly and learn different store processes.

Preference will be given to candidates who:
Already have experience in eCommerce customer support
Have worked with Shopify stores before
Have previous dropshipping experience
Have used customer support platforms such as Re or similar tools
Have experience dealing with order issues, refunds, returns and shipping problems
Have experience communicating with suppliers
Have worked with multiple stores or markets

Previous experience is not just a plus — candidates who have already done this type of work will be given higher preference.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, detail-oriented and can work independently without needing to be constantly monitored.
