Remote Customer Service & Sales Assistant

Part-Time | 15–20 Hours per Week | Work From Home | Philippines**

We are a boutique Pilates studio based in Brisbane, Australia, looking for a reliable, friendly and confident "Remote Customer Service & Sales Assistant" to join our team on a long-term basis.

The main focus of this role is communicating with new enquiries and prospective members by phone, SMS and email , helping them learn more about our studio and booking them into complimentary trial sessions.

Your Responsibilities

• Call new leads and enquiries
• Follow up leads via SMS and email
• Book prospective members into complimentary trial sessions
• Follow up people who have previously enquired or attended a trial
• Respond to basic customer enquiries
• Update customer records and notes in our CRM
• Follow our sales and communication processes
• Escalate more complex enquiries to studio management
• Assist with other customer service and administrative tasks as the role develops

Who We're Looking For

You must have:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• A warm, friendly and professional phone manner
• Confidence speaking with Australian customers
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable internet and a quiet environment for making calls
• Ability to follow processes and instructions accurately
• Good judgement and willingness to ask questions when unsure
• Availability to work during agreed Australian business hours

Previous experience in customer service, BPO/call centres, appointment setting, lead generation, sales or Australian customer support is highly desirable.

Experience with Pilates or fitness businesses is helpful but not required. We can teach you our systems and services.

Hours

Approximately 15–20 hours per week initially.

We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position. There may be an opportunity to increase your hours and responsibilities as you become familiar with the business.
