I am looking for a skilled real estate video editor for ongoing work. I currently produce several real estate videos each month, primarily in vertical format for Instagram/Reels, with the potential for significantly more work as my ad agency expands further into real estate.

I am looking for someone who can create a clean, professional, and consistent aesthetic.

You must be proficient in

• Clean and natural speed ramps
• Smooth pacing and transitions
• Clean, manually added captions
• Professional text animations and movement
• Clicking/click sound effects synchronized with text appearing on screen — this is important
• Consistent aesthetic
• Vertical social media formatting

Immediate Project

I have a real estate video that needs to be edited immediately.

This particular project also requires AI grass replacement/enhancement. If you cannot currently do AI grass but you are extremely confident in the quality of your real estate editing, you may still apply.

Budget

$35–$50 USD per video, depending on the project and whether the video includes talking/captions.
