Short-Form Video Creator ($20/video) - Paid Test Task first, then Long-Term

We are seeking a creative Short-Form Video Creator to produce engaging 30-second TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts for our Japanese learning app, "Epico" (which teaches Japanese vocabulary through 4-panel manga).

?Project Overview & Workflow?
1. Stage 1 (Paid Test): We will select 1-2 creators for a PAID TEST task ($20 for 1 video: scriptwriting + 30-sec video production).
2. Stage 2 (Ongoing): If the test video performs well and communication is smooth, this will immediately convert into ongoing long-term work (3 to 5 videos per week at $20 - $25/video).

?What You Will Do?

• Script & Concept: Create humorous, viral 30-second scripts targeting English speakers learning Japanese.
• Video Editing: Use our static character illustrations to create dynamic vertical videos (9:16) with CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects.
• AI Usage Allowed: You are free to use AI tools (e.g. ElevenLabs, Hedra, Runway, CapCut AI) to generate character expressions, voiceovers, or animation!
• Audio & Text: Add sound effects (SFX), trending BGM, and dynamic animated subtitles.
• Call to Action: Clear CTA directing viewers to download Epico on the App Store.
