About the Role

The InfoVista role will initially be simpler and more focused on sales operations and administrative SDR support.

InfoVista is currently building out a newer sales team and sales process, so there aren't as many established tools and workflows yet.

Infovista | Telecommunications & Network Intelligence

Infovista is a global telecommunications and network intelligence company that works with communications service providers and enterprises across more than 130 countries. The company helps customers plan, test, monitor, optimize, and automate complex networks using data, analytics, AI/ML, and network intelligence.

Its solutions cover areas such as 5G network planning, network testing, network assurance, automation, analytics, and customer experience intelligence. Infovista's platform is designed to turn large amounts of complex network data into actionable insights that help customers make faster decisions and improve network performance.

Main Responsibilities———-

Maintain and update prospect information in Salesforce.

Complete daily CRM assignments.

Organize and clean prospect/account information.

Assist with basic prospect research.

Help keep sales activity organized and up to date.

Assist with daily SDR assignments and follow-up tasks.

Help prepare information needed for prospecting and outreach.

Support other sales-related projects as the team develops.

Maintain accurate records and make sure assigned tasks are completed on time.

Current Required Tool———-

Salesforce

That's the primary platform you'll need to be comfortable with initially.

Important: As the InfoVista team grows, additional sales tools and processes will be introduced. More tools will need to be learned and incorporated into the workflow over time, and I'll be learning and adapting to some of these new systems alongside the team.

What I'm Looking For———

I'm looking for someone who is:

Reliable and consistent.

Comfortable working independently.

Detail-oriented.

Good at researching companies and people.

Comfortable working inside a CRM.

Able to follow instructions and processes.

Willing to learn new sales tools.

Strong written English.

Organized and able to manage multiple daily tasks.

Comfortable asking questions when something isn't clear.

Interested in learning sales development and B2B prospecting.

You don't need to be an experienced salesperson, but prior SDR, BDR, lead-generation, appointment-setting, or sales research experience is strongly preferred.

What You'll Learn———

I'll personally train you on the things that are specific to each company, including:

Our products and services

Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

Target personas

Industries we target

Territories

Prospecting strategy

How I research accounts

How I identify buying signals

How I determine whether a prospect is qualified

How I organize prospects

How I prioritize accounts

How our outbound process works

The goal isn't just to have you complete repetitive tasks. I want you to understand why we're targeting a company, who we're reaching out to, and what problem we're trying to solve.

Why This Role Is Different———

You'll be working directly with someone who actively works in sales development, rather than being handed a generic list of administrative tasks.

You'll get exposure to real-world B2B sales, prospecting, account research, CRM management, lead generation, and outbound strategy.

If you're interested in growing your skills in sales development and eventually taking on more responsibility, there will be opportunities to learn and expand your role as the teams and processes develop.

To Apply————

Please send to my email :

----------

A brief introduction about yourself.

Your previous experience with SDR/BDR, lead generation, appointment setting, or sales research.

Which CRM and sales tools you've used.

Specifically describe your experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo

Your experience with Salesforce if applying for the InfoVista position.

Your preferred working hours and availability.

Your expected hourly rate : we are looking to pay 8$-11$ an hour

Please be specific about the tools you've actually used. I'm more interested in someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn than someone who simply lists 20 different tools on their resume.
