VA for Creator Sourcing and Product Management

We’re looking for a dynamic Creative Sourcing and Product Management Operations Manager to help build and operate multiple fast moving creator-led companies.

Responsibilities:
-You’ll outreach to creators with 100k-1M followers
-Analyze their audience with AI and suggest digital products
-Explain concept to creators, if they are onboard you will oversee the process of developing the product and ensuring creators post about the product
-Feedback, QA, and management as needed

You’ll be responsible for keeping teams accountable, operations smooth, and execution moving quickly. We’re looking for someone with strong management skills, high agency, and the ability to think on their feet. You're comfortable with juggling multiple projects, and are a fast worker.
