AI Creative Team Leader

Position: Full-Time
Starting Compensation: $1,000 USD/month during a 3-month trial period, with an opportunity for an increase based on performance.

Rudderr is looking for an experienced AI Creative Operations Manager to lead a small team producing realistic AI-generated product images and videos for our e-commerce brands.

This is a hands-on management and quality-control role. You will receive raw product photography and creative direction from our Brand Managers, then oversee the team responsible for creating the final content.

Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a small team of AI image and video editors.
Assign and oversee image and video projects for multiple brands.
Review all finished content before delivery.
Ensure products remain 100% accurate, including logos, colors, proportions, materials, text, and product features.
Deliver completed projects quickly and with minimal to no revisions required.
Organize projects, workflows, files, and team communication.
Help troubleshoot or correct AI-generation issues when needed.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional experience using advanced AI image and/or video generation platforms.
Experience with tools such as Higgsfield and Riverflow is preferred.
ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude experience alone does not qualify as professional AI-generation experience for this role.
Strong eye for detail and ability to identify AI-generated errors.
Strong English communication and organizational skills.
Ability to hire, lead, and hold a small creative team accountable.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Photoshop experience is a plus, particularly for correcting logos, text, colors, distortions, and other details without unnecessary AI regeneration.

Hiring Process
Qualified candidates will complete an interview and short skills evaluation. The selected candidate will begin with a 3-month trial period. Performance, production speed, quality, communication, and ability to successfully manage the creative team will be evaluated during this period.
