UGC Creator

We're hiring UGC creators to make short-form videos for Yapp, a speaking app helping people become better communicators, build confidence, and find their voice.

We're looking for creators who are comfortable on camera and understand TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You do NOT need a large following.

We care much more about whether you can make entertaining content that people actually want to watch.

What You'll Do
Create short-form UGC videos using concepts/scripts we provide
Film natural, authentic talking-head and entertainment-style content
Create strong hooks that grab attention immediately
Follow examples and references from successful short-form videos
Submit content consistently
Test different hooks, formats, and ideas

We handle the strategy and give you ideas/examples to work from.

Guaranteed base pay per approved video + performance bonuses based on views.

The better your videos perform, the more you earn.

Creators who consistently make strong-performing content will receive more opportunities, higher compensation, and priority for ongoing work.

This is designed to reward creators based on results rather than follower count.

You should:

Speak fluent or near-fluent English
Be confident and expressive on camera
Have a smartphone with a good camera
Understand TikTok/Reels/Shorts-style content
Be able to follow creative direction
Submit work consistently and on time
Be willing to experiment and improve
