Experienced Etsy Virtual Assistant (Long-Term Opportunity)

I'm looking for an experienced Etsy Virtual Assistant to help grow several Etsy stores.

Previous Etsy experience is essential. Please only apply if you've created and managed Etsy listings before and understand how the platform works.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating fully optimised Etsy listings
• Writing SEO-friendly titles, descriptions and tags using ChatGPT as part of the workflow
• Editing and preparing listing images using Canva and PhotoRoom
• Uploading products to Etsy
• Following brand guidelines across multiple stores
• Product research when required
• Checking listings for accuracy before publishing

Quality is more important than speed, however I'd expect an experienced VA to comfortably complete around 3–5 high-quality listings per hour once familiar with my workflow.

Essential Skills

• Previous Etsy experience (essential)
• Good understanding of Etsy SEO
• Confident using ChatGPT to improve productivity
• Canva
• PhotoRoom
• Excellent written English
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection

Hours

• Around 7 hours per week initially.
• Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows.

Future Responsibilities

As the business expands and I return to my full-time job, I'd like this role to grow into helping manage the day-to-day running of my Etsy stores, including:

• Monitoring new orders
• Responding to customer messages
• Checking dispatch dates
• Ensuring orders are progressing as expected
• Flagging any issues that require my attention
• Helping keep the stores running smoothly

I'm looking for someone who wants to become a long-term part of the business rather than simply completing listing work.

Paid Trial

Successful applicants will complete one paid trial listing before being offered regular work.
