Local Service Lead Generation

We're a UK marketing agency that builds websites and marketing systems for local trade businesses (plumbers, roofers, electricians). We're looking for someone reliable to build our outbound lead lists.

The work is simple and repetitive, and we mean that as a good thing. You'll work through Google Business Profiles for a given trade in a given UK city, and fill in a spreadsheet with information such as:

Business name, owner name, phone number, email , Their Google review count, A one-line note on what's wrong with their online presence (no website, broken website, outdated site, low reviews)

That's it. Full training, a written SOP and a walkthrough video are provided. Coaching included & opportunities to progress. I mean this - I want someone I can work with for the long run, and who could eventually take over more advanced tasks within the delivery of our agency.

What we need from you:

Good written English, you'll be writing short notes we use directly in our outreach
Accurate and consistent. Following the SOP properly, at speed.
Comfortable with Google Sheets and general web research
Reliable during UK working hours to start (roughly 9am-1pm UK), so we can do regular check-in calls while you learn the role
A VPN with a UK connection is a big plus (not essential, we can arrange one)

What we don't need: marketing experience, design skills, or any technical background. If you can follow instructions carefully and pay attention to detail, you can do this job well.

The role:

2-4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, to start
UK hours initially for coaching and check-ins. Once you're up to speed and consistent, you can work whatever hours suit you
Genuine opportunity to move to full-time as we grow, and to take on more responsibility beyond list building
