Thanks to referrals from clients, we're growing! And to continue providing the proactive, responsive service we pride ourselves on, we're hiring 2 new Tier 3 IT System Administrators.

Here's what we want from our new Technician:

MUSTS

• Naturally geeky & technologically inclined (you'd do this stuff even if it wasn't your job!)
• Excellent English communication skills - written, verbal, and non-verbal. This means not only expressing yourself well, but in a respectful, empathetic manner.
• Comfortable meeting new people and talking on the phone - a lot
• Punctual, creative problem-solver, flexible, and persistent (keep working on the issue until it's resolved)
• Productive with minimal supervision
• Available for projects that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Pass a background check
• Willing to go the extra mile to make sure that clients are happy
• Sense of humor (you need it in this field!)
• Must work in Pacific Time Zone (UTC-08:00) from 7:45 am PST to 4:45 pm PST

IDEAL

• A+ / Network+ / Security+ / Microsoft certifications
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft products including Office 365/Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
• Knowledge of Apple products is a plus
• Experience in a highly customer-centric work environment
• Interested in all aspects of growing a business

ProTechtion IT is small and tight-knit, so our new Technicians will initially be on a 90-day probation. Assuming you're doing a great job, pay & perks will increase based on performance, skills, & certificate acquisition.
