HVAC Supply Chain & Purchasing Coordinator – Full-Time (EST Hours)

IMPORTANT: Experience Required

This is an entry-level role in title, but hands-on experience is required.

• Warehouse / Inventory experience (REQUIRED)
• Purchasing & vendor coordination (REQUIRED)
• HVAC experience (1+ year) is a strong plus
• References or past client contacts are a plus

Compensation & Schedule
$5–$6/hour

Full-Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
(Remote position)

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support purchasing, inventory tracking, vendor communication, and warehouse coordination for a fast-paced U.S.-based HVAC company.

You’ll work closely with leadership, dispatch, and technicians to ensure parts, materials, and equipment are always ready for jobs.

• Key Responsibilities -

• Create & track purchase orders
• Maintain accurate inventory & stock levels
• Communicate with vendors (pricing, availability, delivery)
• Resolve order issues, backorders, and discrepancies
• Maintain organized records (POs, invoices, inventory)
• Update Excel trackers & submit end-of-day reports
• Coordinate with team (owner, dispatch, technicians)

• Requirements (Non-Negotiable) -

• College graduate
• Warehouse / Inventory experience
• Purchasing & vendor coordination experience
• Strong English communication
• Comfortable working with U.S. teams
• Full-time EST availability
• Stable internet & workstation

Preferred

• HVAC experience
• Familiar with U.S. vendors
• Experience with Jobber, ---------- , or similar tools
