Virtual Assistant – Property Management Marketing & Business Development

Realty Solutions FL LLC is a growing Central Florida property management company seeking a motivated, professional, and dependable Virtual Assistant to assist with marketing, business development, lead generation, email outreach, cold calling, and social media.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with people, organized, creative, comfortable making outbound calls, and interested in helping grow a property management and real estate business.

Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to property owners, landlords, investors, Realtors, and potential referral partners
Follow up with prospective property management clients and warm leads
Conduct email outreach and follow-up campaigns
Help identify and develop new property management business opportunities
Research potential leads and maintain organized prospect lists
Assist with Chamber of Commerce and local business networking follow-up
Create and schedule social media content for Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Create marketing posts for available rental properties
Promote Realty Solutions FL LLC property management services
Assist with referral and promotional campaigns
Respond to and organize incoming leads and inquiries
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients
Assist with email marketing and newsletters
Help create flyers, graphics, and other marketing materials using Canva
Track marketing activity, leads, calls, follow-ups, and results
Perform additional administrative and marketing tasks as needed

Experienced with social media marketing
Able to write professional email s and follow-up messages
Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-up dates
Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
Creative and willing to bring new marketing and business-development ideas to the table
Comfortable learning new software and systems
Focused on results and business growth
Preferred Experience

Experience in property management, real estate, leasing, lead generation, sales, or business development is strongly preferred.

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Property management software, especially Rentvine
Canva

Facebook and Instagram
LinkedIn

Email marketing
CRM or lead-tracking systems
Cold calling and appointment setting
Real estate or property management lead generation
Schedule

This will begin as a part-time position, with the opportunity for additional hours and responsibilities as the company continues to grow.

Because our business operates in Florida, applicants must be able to work and make calls during appropriate U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
