Supply Chain Assistant

We are an e-commerce group running several Shopify dropshipping stores, selling
fashion and home decor. We ship thousands of orders a month and we are
growing.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Assistant to support our daily operations across multiple e-commerce stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth fulfillment processes while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Outreach
2. High-Risk Products Monitoring
3. Best-Selling Products per Store
4. Parcel Panel Automation Monitoring
5. Aged Open Orders Management (>4 Days)

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of orders
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience with Shopify, Parcel Panel, or similar tools is preferred
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
