Amazon Affiliate Specialist + Full Operations Manager

We are a growing skincare brand looking for an experienced Amazon Affiliate Specialist to recruit high-quality creators and scale our Amazon affiliate program.

You must have 4+ years of experience in Amazon affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or creator outreach. We are looking for someone who knows how to find creators who actually generate sales — not just views.

Responsibilities
Find and recruit high-converting Amazon affiliates and creators
Research and evaluate creators before outreach
Manage creator outreach, follow-ups, and product seeding
Build long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates
Track creator performance and improve affiliate strategy
Use professional creator discovery, outreach, and analytics tools
