Aligned Fitness is a faith-based online coaching company that coaches women. We currently have 200 clients on our team and we are growing rapidly. Our approach is centered around a balanced lifestyle with sustainable results - encouraging women to become the best versions of themselves that God designed them to be.

We are looking for an expert-level coach to join our team and help high-performing women get strong, build muscle, and transform their bodies. This position is for someone who knows hormonal & thyroid health inside and out – AND/OR – is pre/post-natal certified and a nutrition expert with TRACKING MACROS.

*PLEASE NOTE* Our team hustles, and works hard, long hours because we are committed to making a difference in our clients' lives, and our work truly makes a very large impact!! We need someone who’s ready to work hard, sit down at a computer for hours, and help us change lives. We will grow your client roster by 15-20 new clients per month. You must be able to handle a large client load (70-80 clients at a time) while delivering exceptional coaching, accountability, and results. This role does require lots of screen time.

What We Need From You:

-Expert-level knowledge of Trainerize & Google Drive (you must be able to navigate these seamlessly. We will not train you how to use Trainerize so if you do not know how to navigate this software independently then please do not apply).
-Mastery of tracking macros & MyFitnessPal (you need to know this like the back of your hand. Please do not apply if you've never tracked macros yourself in MyFitnessPal and can't confidently teach someone how).
-Ability to adjust and prescribe macronutrient goals based on client progress.
-Ability to create customized meal plans in MyFitnessPal within 5g accuracy of client macro targets.
-Ability to manage a high client load while maintaining top-tier accountability and results.
-Must respond to client questions within one hour during working hours.
-Must do biweekly check ins with every client to assess their progress & make adjustments to their plan. (written/video check-ins).
-Compliance checks - messaging every client in your account at least once per week to ensure clients are following their plans and staying on track.

Compensation & Growth Potential:

Part-time role to start, but will grow rapidly as the client roster expands.
Potential to earn $2,000-$4,000+ per month as the role scales with client growth.
