COO / Head of Operations – $100M/year DTC E-Commerce Brand

We run a DTC e-commerce brand at a $100 million a year run rate, selling physical consumer products to US customers via Shopify plus a fast-growing Amazon business. Manufacturing in China, 50+ person remote team across Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

Every department has its own owner: supply chain, support, product, finance, creative. Today the CEO leads them all himself, and this is what you take over. You lead the department heads, keep every department on track, connect them, unblock them when they need something, and hold them accountable. You report directly to the CEO. The goal is that the business runs without him.

What you'll do:

Lead and support the department heads across supply chain, fulfillment, customer experience, product, and finance

Run the operating rhythm: daily and weekly syncs, clear priorities, follow-ups tracked until done

Own the numbers across departments: stock vs. orders, delays, refund rates, SKU profitability, cost calculations

Verify claims and results yourself, from supplier commitments to internal reports

Fix broken processes, build SOPs and systems, drive hiring and onboarding

Jump into the work yourself when a department needs it, no matter how small the task

You:

Experience in e-commerce, operations, or leading teams is strongly preferred. What d ---------- in the end is talent, focus, and work ethic, not titles

Extremely sharp, fast learner, strong common sense

Excellent English, on calls with team and suppliers daily

Natural leader who holds people accountable without drama

Direct, transparent, trustworthy, fully self-directed

Not a fit: the 20-years-experience type who only delegates.

Offer: Full-time remote, long-term. $3,000 to $4,500/month base plus KPI bonus. Overlap with China mornings and part of US hours required.
