E-Commerce Product Lister

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our growing e-commerce business. The primary responsibility of this role is creating, managing, and optimizing product listings across multiple sales channels, including Shopify, eBay, and Mirakl marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and previous experience working with e-commerce platforms.

In addition to product listing management, the successful candidate will assist with a variety of general e-commerce and administrative tasks to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing Management:
Create and publish product listings on Shopify, eBay, and Mirakl marketplaces.
Upload product information, specifications, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Ensure all listings follow marketplace guidelines and requirements.
Categorize products accurately and maintain listing consistency across channels.
Monitor listing quality and identify opportunities for optimization.
Update inventory levels, pricing, product attributes, and product data as required.
Perform regular audits to identify and correct listing errors.

E-commerce Operations:
Assist with order processing and fulfillment coordination.
Monitor stock levels and update inventory records.
Support product launches and marketplace expansion projects.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Maintain product catalogs and database accuracy.
Assist with product image management and organization.
Generate reports and provide updates on operational activities.

Administrative Support
Manage spreadsheets and data entry tasks.
Assist with documentation and process management.
Support customer service teams with basic administrative tasks when needed.
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure operational efficiency.
Perform other general virtual assistant duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or E-commerce Assistant.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and eBay.
Experience with Mirakl marketplaces is highly desirable but not necessary
Strong understanding of product listing best practices.
Excellent written English communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to f work independently.
Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with bulk product uploads and catalog management.
Image editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
Understanding of SEO principles for product listings.
Experience working with international e-commerce businesses.
