Operations Lead – $100M/year E-Commerce Brand

Our CEO currently runs all operations himself, from daily supplier calls to chasing reports to giving people tool access. Your job: take that off his plate. This is a doer role for someone smart, organized, and relentless about follow-up.

You'll do: Join daily calls with our China fulfillment partner, track every action item in our master sheets, and chase each one until it is actually done and verified. Follow up with team and external partners. Double-check stock levels, delays, QC reports, and payments. Organize shipments, documents, contractor invoices, accounts, and tool access. Maintain SOPs. Handle whatever the business needs that day.

You:

Excellent English, daily calls
Extremely organized, nothing you own gets forgotten
Fast comprehension, proactive, flags issues early
Trustworthy with sensitive access
Ops, EA, or project coordination background is a plus; talent matters more

Offer: Full-time remote, long-term, direct with the CEO, real growth path toward a senior ops role. $1,200 to $2,500/month plus bonus, upper range only for exceptional candidates. China-morning and partial US overlap required.
